Local CDL-A Truck Driver

We are seeking a high-performing Local Intermodal CDL-A Truck Driver for a high-earning, local account operating out of Stockton, CA. Drivers will handle local/regional intermodal lanes to the Bay Area or Fresno/Shafter regions, returning home daily. This is a W2 position with 100% no-touch freight and incentive-based pay allowing top drivers to gross up to $2,000 weekly.

Pay & Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,400 – $2,000 gross per week (Incentive-based)
• Load Volume: Average 2 to 4 loads per day
• Employment Type: Full-Time, W2 Employee with full benefits

Schedules & Home Time

• Home Time: Home Daily (Local routes)
• Shift Type: Day Shift (Start times vary based on customer appointment times)
• Shift Length: Average 11–12 hour shifts
• Equipment: Slip seat account
• Work Schedule Options:
  • Sunday – Thursday
  • Tuesday – Saturday

Freight & Route Details

• Operating Radius: Average length of haul is 1 to 160 miles
• Primary Running Areas: Bay Area and Fresno / Shafter markets
• Dispatch System: Auto-dispatch account
• Freight Handling: 100% No-Touch Freight / No driver assist (Mix of preloaded drop freight, live loads, and live unloads)

Qualifications & Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience within the last 12 months
• Residence: Must live within 25 miles of Stockton, CA
• Flexibility: Must be comfortable with flexible day-shift start times dictated by customer appointment schedules
