We are looking for professional local drivers to join our dedicated fleet operating out of Fredericksburg, VA. This position is perfect for drivers who enjoy a mix of driving and physical activity, utilizing modern equipment to service regional distribution networks.
Compensation & Benefits
- Average Weekly Earnings: $1,670 – $1,735
- Pay Structure: Competitive Cents-Per-Mile (CPM) + Load Pay + Stop Pay
- Home Time: Home Daily!
- Schedule: 5-day work week (includes weekends) with 2 consecutive days off each week.
- Shift Details: Typical shifts run 12–14 hours. Daily start times fall between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM (1900–2100).
Job Duties & Route Details
- Route Scope: Dedicated deliveries originating in Fredericksburg, VA, servicing locations throughout Virginia (VA) and Maryland (MD).
- Weekly Mileage: Average of 1,300 miles per week.
- Freight Handling: Dedicated touch freight. Drivers will load and unload 53' trailers using an electric pallet jack, as well as reload returns back to the distribution center.
- Equipment: Modern, well-maintained tractors equipped with automatic transmissions pulling 53' dry van/refrigerated trailers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 months of recent, verifiable Class A driving experience.
- Commute: Must have a reliable personal vehicle to commute to the local Fredericksburg facility daily.
- Must be willing/able to operate night shifts and work weekend schedules.
