We're looking for dependable CDL-A drivers to join our team for a dedicated shuttle and yard-switching position. This is a great opportunity for drivers seeking a consistent schedule and local work. Multiple shifts available!Schedule & Position Details:Thursday – Sunday | Shuttle Driver•* Driver starts at the Huntersville facility. •* 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM shuttle operation•* $23.50/hr.•* Shuttle loaded trailers from Huntersville to Concord. •* Return empty trailers from Concord to Huntersville. •* Continue the shuttle process throughout the shift. •* Driver may experience downtime between assignments but must remain attentive and available. Monday | Yard Switcher•* Work as a yard switcher at the Concord facility. •* 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM•* $24/hr.•* Training on the switcher unit is available. Fri – Tues Yard ShuttleConcord 2nd Shift Position Details:•* Each workday starts and ends in Concord, NC.•* Shuttle loaded trailers from Huntersville to Concord.•* Bring empty trailers from Concord back to Huntersville.•* Process continues throughout the shift.•* $23.50/hr.•* 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM•* There will be periods when the driver is not moving.•* Driver must remain attentive and ensure loads do not stack up.•* Strong communication skills, attention to detail and teamwork are important.Flex Position Details (1st Shift):•* Driver works between the Huntersville and Concord locations depending on the day.•* Shuttle loaded trailers from Huntersville to Concord.•* Bring empty trailers from Concord back to Huntersville.•* $23.00/hr.•* $1380 avg. weekly gross pay•* Thurs & Fri Huntersville: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM•* Sat: Concord: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM•* Sun and Mon Concord: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM•* Process continues throughout the shift.•* There may be downtime during the shift.•* Driver must remain attentive and make sure loads do not stack upJob Responsibilities•* Safely shuttle trailers between Huntersville and Concord. •* Move trailers efficiently and help prevent loads from stacking up. •* Remain alert and attentive throughout the shift. •* Communicate effectively with team members and facility personnel. •* Maintain a strong focus on safety and organization. What We're Looking For:•* Valid CDL-A license and must be at least 21 years old •* Must be an NC CDL•* At least 1 year solo tractor trailer driving experience in the past 3 years•* At least 2 year's experience in the past 5 years•* Experience must be with comparable equipment (45 foot or longer)* Local experience will count if the driver has been driving in the same states as regional position•* Very good MVR, background and stable job history•* Strong communication skills •* Excellent attention to detail •* Ability to work independently and as part of a team •* Reliable and safety-conscious work ethic•* Full benefits in 30 days.
