About the Position
TransForce is seeking a CDL B driver to support local operations based in Palm, PA. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
Pay & Schedule Details
- Pay: $24 Per hour + OT
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6am - 7am Start time, 8-10 hour shift, 4 days driving guaranteed per week, 1 day warehouse work
Job Details
- Route Type: Local
- Freight / Load Type: Automotive oil and grease
- Equipment: Automatic Transmissions, trucks equipped with liftgates
- Handling: Touch freight, pallet jack and dolly unload
- Tanker Endorsement: Helpful but not required
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate CDL B equipment on local routes
- Transport automotive oil and grease in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Perform required handling tasks, including pallet jack and dolly use
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
- Meet the physical demands of the role
Minimum Requirements
- License: CDL B
- Experience: 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Endorsements: Air Brake required
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
