Multi Logistics Inc is looking for a reliable and motivated Local CDL Driver to join our team as an Amazon contractor based out of South Gate, CA. Responsibilities:
Operate a commercial vehicle to complete local Amazon contracted delivery routes safely and on schedule
Load, unload, and verify cargo accuracy prior to departure
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations
Maintain accurate delivery logs, manifests, and electronic records
Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse personnel regarding route updates or delays
Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and Amazon contractor guidelines
Ensure cargo is secured properly and handled with care throughout the delivery process
Requirements:
Valid Class A or Class B CDL license required
Clean driving record with a satisfactory MVR
Must meet DOT physical and medical certification requirements
Previous local delivery or freight driving experience preferred
Familiarity with the South Gate, CA and greater Los Angeles area a plus
Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Strong time management skills and a dependable, professional attitude
