Picking up staged International containers from the Yard and deliver them to the customer in Pleasant Prairie, WI or Waukegan, IL
Two turns from Joliet, to Pleasant Prairie, WI, or Waukegan, IL will be required each day.
Some pick ups will be from Chicagoland rail yards.
If no one is on site for delivery at the customer, unattended drop and hooks will be allowed with permission from management.
Completing pre trip and post trips on all containers and chassis to make sure they are ready for delivery
Manager will be on site at night if there are any issues
Tuesday to Saturday shift
Start time between 4pm to 6pm
Home daily
Automatics (Freightliner & International)
Truck will be left at the terminal
Trucks are slip-seated
- Drivers make a daily salary (based on Seniority) --- Tier 1 – $235 --- Tier 2 – $245 --- Tier 3 – $255 --- Tier 4 – $265 - There will be a $125 per week bonus paid out if drivers work a full 5 days in the week without an accident and taking all load assignments that can be done safe and legally. - If drivers don't work 5 days or refuse loads they will not get the bonus pay for the week and if they refused work on a certain day. - Drivers pay for 6th day work (based on seniority) --- Tier 1 – $260 --- Tier 2 – $270 --- Tier 3 – $280 --- Tier 4 – $290
