Drivers who prefer predictable freight instead of constantly changing dispatches will appreciate this dedicated Chicago account. LEM Trucking is hiring Class A CDL drivers to serve established customers on consistent delivery routes while earning top weekly pay and returning home every week for a scheduled reset.

This position keeps drivers active throughout the day with freight delivered using u-carts. Drivers work with familiar customers, repeat delivery locations, and organized dispatch planning that creates dependable schedules from week to week.

Compensation

Average weekly earnings range from $1,800-$2,000 based on production and account activity. Qualified drivers are also eligible for a sign-on bonus along with a full benefits package.

Drivers receive a scheduled 34-hour reset every week, allowing for dependable home time while maintaining strong weekly income.

Equipment

Assigned equipment includes 2019-2022 Freightliner tractors with automatic transmissions. Many trucks include APUs and 1500-watt power inverters to improve comfort throughout the workweek.

Qualifications
