• Average Weekly Pay: $1,450

• Unload Rate: $55 for every full trailer fully unloaded
• Stop Rate: $20 per stop (paid on all stops, including the first)

Your Base CPM Tier:

• Less than 1 year: $0.53 CPM
• 1 to 3 years: $0.55 CPM
• 3 to 5 years: $0.56 CPM
• 5+ years: $0.58 CPM

Fleet Reality & Schedule:

• Home Time: True home-daily routing.
• Running Lanes: Dedicated freight moving within Virginia (VA) and West Virginia (WV).
• Workload: Averaging 4 loads weekly, tracking roughly 2,000 miles. Average haul length is 490 miles.
• Shift Times: Schedules primarily require overnight and weekend availability.
• Equipment: This is a daily slip-seat operation.
• Freight Profile: Active unloading utilizing storefront-provided powered pallet jacks. We provide comprehensive training on the power equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active CDL-A license.
• Must have a minimum of 3 months of solo, verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
