- Salary: $0.48 - $0.56 per mile + Activity Pay (Top earners average $95,000 per year)

- Home Time: Daily (Occasional hotel layover required)
- Schedule: Standard schedule is a 12–14 hour shift with start times around 02:30 AM.
- Days Off: Sunday off (6-day work weeks are mandatory during peak holiday seasons).
Activity Pay & Additional Compensation
- Daily Base Rate: $50.00 per day
- New York City Stop Pay: $42.00 per stop (Applies to Queens, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island, and Brooklyn)
- Lift Gate Stop Pay: $45.00 per stop
- Drop & Hook Pay: $21.00 per stop
- Detention Pay: $15.00 per hour
- Layover Pay: $100.00 (Hotel provided by company)
- New Hire Training Pay: $200.00 per day
- Safety Training Pay: $20.00 per hour
- Holiday Pay: $160.00 per day

Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated and safety-focused Class A CDL Drivers for a local dedicated grocery account operating out of Hatfield, MA. In this role, you will deliver fresh and frozen groceries to major supermarkets and regional distribution centers. This position offers excellent earning potential, a consistent early morning routine, and daily home time.
Route & Schedule Details
- Equipment: Operating 46ft, 48ft, 51ft, and 53ft reefer trailers.
- Operating Area: Deliveries span Massachusetts, New Jersey, Vermont, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine, Pennsylvania, and upstate New York.
- NYC Driving: This account heavily services the New York City boroughs and Long Island (representing 80% to 90% of the freight). Drivers must be comfortable with daily city navigation.
- Layovers: While this is a daily home-time account, drivers must be flexible to occasionally layover due to traffic, weather, or hours of service. The company fully covers and provides a hotel room when this occurs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
- Experience: Must have at least 3 months of Class A tractor-trailer experience.
- Geography: Must reside within 40 miles of Hatfield, MA for daily commuting.
- Availability: Ability to accommodate a 02:30 AM start time, 12–14 hour shifts, and mandatory 6-day weeks during peak holiday seasons.
