Pay & Bonuses
- Optimized Pay Structure: Earn either $60 per loaded run + $40 per empty move OR $0.75 per mile—whichever pays higher for your shift.
- Average Weekly Pay: $1400-1800
- Daily Minimum Guarantees:
- Day Shift Guarantee: $200/day minimum
- Night Shift Guarantee: $250/day minimum (Most drivers easily exceed the daily minimums)
- Sign-On & Orientation:
- Orientation Pay: $500
- Sign-On Bonus: $500
Job Details & Home Time
- Home Time: Home Every Day
- Duties: Shuttle trailers around the local Kansas City area
- Route Type: Local shuttle runs

Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- Minimum 12 months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience
