Compensation
Base Salary: $90,000+
Uncapped Monthly Bonus Program
Annual Performance Bonus: Up to $12,000
Sign-On Bonus/Relocation Assistance: Up to $25,000
Spanish Speaking Differential: $2,500

Base Salary: $100,000+
Higher salary expectations may be considered based on experience.

Monday-Friday
Typical start times between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM
Hybrid schedule available after onboarding and performance milestones are achieved:
4 days onsite
1 day remote
Home-Based Opportunities
Service areas generally limited to a 30-minute radius

Active BCBA Certification
