**CT Scan Technologist - Join Our Dynamic Team!** **Job Description:** - Are you ready to elevate your career in medical imaging? We are seeking a passionate and skilled CT Scan Technologist to join our innovative team! - **Your Role:** - Perform complex CT procedures and contribute to high-quality patient care. - Utilize your professional judgment while reviewing and obtaining patient clinical histories. - Prepare and verify the accuracy of contrast questionnaires, ensuring seamless documentation in EPIC. - Administer contrast media as prescribed, and communicate effectively with radiologists and referring physicians. - Ensure appropriate insurance verification for exams, collaborating with finance as needed. - Collect and schedule outside studies (CD) to enhance diagnostic capabilities. - Provide exam copies to patients and healthcare providers with a focus on service excellence. - Evaluate radiographs using the PACS System and maintain high standards of imaging quality and safety. - Adapt care delivery to meet the unique needs of diverse patient populations. - Prepare patients for scanning, ensuring comfort and understanding of the procedure. - **Requirements:** - Graduate of a Radiologic Technologist program with a High School diploma or equivalent. - NJ DEP Diagnostic Radiography License and ARRT Certified R.T.(R) license required. - American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification within three months of hire. - Knowledge of human anatomy, radiological positioning, and CT software/hardware. - Familiarity with PACS and a commitment to continuous professional development. - **Preferred Qualifications:** - Six months of CT experience preferred. - Knowledge of Epic and other Hospital Information Systems (HIS/RIS) is a plus. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
