**Join Our Dynamic CVICU Team as a RN!** - **Position Information:** - **Department/Cost Center:** CVICU 6540 - **Role:** RN - **Specialty:** CABG, TAVR, STEMI, Carotids - **Shift:** 7 PM - 7 AM - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 - **Weekend Commitment:** Every other weekend or as needed - **On Call:** No on call requirements - **Certifications Required:** ACLS, BLS; CCRN preferred - **Experience Required:** Minimum 1.5 years in CVICU - **Float Requirements:** As per scheduled rotation - **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 8 - **Patient Ratios:** 2:1 with occasional 1:1 - **Equipment Utilized:** Impella, IABP, CRRT - **Electronic Health Record (EHR):** Cerner - **Patient Population:** Adult/Geriatric - **Hiring Profile:** - **Must Have Skills/Experience:** 1 year CVICU experience post-orientation - **Preferred Skills/Experience:** Additional CVICU experience - **Common Diagnoses/Treatments:** CABG, TAVR, STEMI, Carotids - **Personality Fit:** Strong critical thinking skills - **Educational Requirements:** - **Degree:** Associate Nursing Degree - **Dress Code:** - **Scrub Color:** Any color as long as it is professional - **Unacceptable Attire:** None specified Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
