**Exciting Opportunity for an Acute Travel RN - Emergency Room!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Emergency Room (ER) RN - **Location:** Winchester, TN - **Shift:** 7 PM - 7 AM - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 - **Weekend Hours:** 24 - **Number of Openings:** 1 - **Department:** Emergency Department (Cost Center: 780) - **Patient Ratios:** 1 RN to 4 Patients - **Number of Beds:** 12 **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional care in a fast-paced ER environment. - Collaborate with a skilled team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes. - Engage with a diverse patient population, including all ages. **Essential Qualifications:** - **Required Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, PALS - **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in emergency nursing. - **Must Have Skills:** - Strong teamwork and communication. - Willingness to thrive in a busy Emergency Department. **Common Cases Encountered:** - Kidney Stones - Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) - Strokes - Sprains and Fractures - Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) **Work Environment:** - Equipped with state-of-the-art technology (B450 monitors, Baxter Pumps). - Utilizes electronic health records (EHR) system: Meditech. - Reports to Supervisor: Candy Watson. **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color: Any Color - Unacceptable Attire: No facility-branded clothing. **Personality Fit:** - Positive attitude and a passion for patient care are a must! **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
