**Join Our Dynamic Float Pool ICU Team!** - Are you an enthusiastic ICU RN looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference? - Embrace the thrill of working in a Float Pool position, providing care across various ICU floors and possibly even down to a tele floor when needed. - Weekends may exceed every other weekend to meet the unit's needs, giving you flexibility and variety in your work schedule. - Work 3 out of 5 major holidays to enhance your experience and stay connected with your team. - Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-timers are welcome to apply! - Enjoy a robust patient care ratio of 1:2 to ensure quality interactions with all patients. - Required certifications: ACLS, BCLS, and NIH. - This position will not require on-call shifts, allowing for work-life balance. - Flexibility to float between like units is a must, embracing the dynamic nature of ICU care. - Scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered, so be ready to dive into this engaging role! - RTO must be included at the time of submission; guaranteed hours subject to the facility's call-off policy. **About Us: Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
