**Join Our Dynamic Float Pool: ICU RN Opportunity Awaits!** - Embrace the excitement of a float position where you'll gain diverse experience across various ICU floors. - Be prepared for flexibility: You may float to different ICUs or down to lower acuity, including telemetry, up to 100% of shifts! - Weekend warriors needed! Must be available for a minimum of every other weekend, with potential to exceed based on unit needs. - Show your versatility by keeping an open schedule: 3 out of 5 major holidays required. - Experience matters: 1 year of nursing experience is required, and first-timers are welcome! - Certification requirements: Must hold valid ACLS, BCLS, and NIH certifications. - Enjoy the perks of no on-call responsibilities! - RTO (Requests for Time Off) must be included at the time of submission — no outside employment scheduling requests accepted. - Guaranteed hours with the understanding that the facility may call off once per two-week pay period. - Join a facility equipped with 488 staffed beds and a supportive environment where team dynamics thrive! - Charting done in Epic for streamlined documentation. - Free parking provided for your convenience. - Please note: You may be required to float to Providence Mission Laguna. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
