**Exciting Opportunity for RN - Join Our Dynamic Team!** **Job Description:** - Start Date: Next week! - Licensing: Must have license on file at time of submission. - Background Check Requirements: - 7-year background check (nationwide, county court searches, FACIS3, and sex offender) within 18 months of start date. - FACIS 3 and VCIC within 30 days of start. **Rate Structure Based on Mileage:** - Travel: 101 miles+ - Radius: 51-100 miles - Local: 50 miles or less **Position Details:** - Minimum of every other weekend required. - Schedule may adjust to meet unit and patient care needs. - Floating to other units is required. - BLS certification through AHA required. - Minimum of 3 years’ experience required. - Prior travel experience required. - LTC experience is essential. - Comfort working with dementia patients is necessary. **Additional Information:** - IVS will be used for the offer process. - Availability: Monday to Sunday. - No block schedules permitted. - Employment gaps over 90 days must be explained. - Comprehensive work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) must be complete for submission. **Important Considerations:** - Public transportation is NOT accessible; reliable transportation is a must. - Personal or rental vehicles are strongly recommended. - Vehicles should have all-season or snow tires from November to April. - Travelers should adhere to their assigned hours as stated in their contracts. - Preplanned time off must be communicated upfront; requests for time off will not be honored once the assignment begins. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
