LPN Pay Rate: Up to $36.32 hour

1030p-7-a
2:30p-1130a
630P-7A (24hrs weekends doubles Sat & Sun,will rotate to different home within same campus)
Note that all shifts require completion of a 5-day consecutive orientation, held Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job Opening Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
· A degree from an accredited school of Nursing
· An active, current LPN license in applicable state or reciprocation
· 1+ years’ full-time LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing facility
· BLS through American Heart Association or equivalent
