We are looking for a dedicated Vaccine Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse in Phoenix, AZ with excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills, and team player attitude.  This provider will be responsible for caring for patients, communicating with other medical team members and maintaining accurate medical records.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 Years of experience required
• Proof of Covid vaccination
• Any State License
• American Heart Association BLS required
• Previous Vaccine Clinic Experience required
