Position Details
Position: Local Contract Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Specialty: Skilled Nursing
Schedule: Every other weekend
Opportunity to pick up additional open shifts throughout the week
Maximum Pay: Up to $45/hour
No overtime available
Maximum of 40 hours per week
Job Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Assist with daily living activities and resident care needs.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility protocols.
Deliver patient-centered care while promoting dignity and quality of life.
Education & Certification Requirements
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the applicable state.
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Previous Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care (LTC), or Rehabilitation experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
