**Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Nurse in Med-Surg and Telemetry!** **Job Description:** - Are you a passionate Registered Nurse looking to make a real difference in patient care? - Join our dynamic team, where you'll evaluate patients and assist physicians with providing top-notch care. - Plan, implement, and document individualized nursing care tailored to patient needs. - Identify patient needs and prioritize care through thorough assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - Develop and coordinate a personalized plan of care for assigned patients through ongoing assessments. - Initiate assessments based on patient issues, physician diagnoses, and the functional health framework. - Perform therapeutic nursing interventions with confidence and compassion. - Manage patient care effectively while documenting care based on established standards and clinical priorities. - Be an advocate for evidence-based practice care standards and support innovative practices in care delivery. - Provide patient-centric care aligned with our professional nursing practice model. - Embrace additional responsibilities as assigned to expand your skills and impact. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years of prior RN experience in a Med-Surg/Telemetry unit in a major acute care hospital. - Strong background in Med-Surg and Telemetry nursing. **Required Education:** - ASN required; BSN preferred. **Required Certifications & Licensure:** - NIHSS, Telemetry, BLS-AHA, CEU Contact Stroke (4 Hours). - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license. **Schedule Notes:** - Shift: 7a-7p (2 days), 7p-7a (1 day) - Hours Per Week: 36 - Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend or as needed - Float Requirement: Yes **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
