Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• 18 months of combined permanent RN experience in Med/Surg/Telemetry
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact RN license required
• AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
