LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Medical Lab Scientist for a local contract job in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

Required Skills & Experience:
-If Assoc Degree in Clinical Lab Science, Medical Lab Technician, Chemical Science or Biological Science with MLT (ASCP) or MLT (AMT) – two (2) years of experience.
-If Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Biological Science with ASCP categorical certification in specialty area – two (2) years of experience.
-If Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical/Medical Lab Science with MT/MLS (ASCP) or MT/MLS (AMT) certification – no experience.

-Bachelor's Degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Biological Science.

-Associate’s Degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technology.

Blood bank testing experience including Type and Screen, Antibody Identification, DAT, Eluate, Phenotyping, and Antigen Typing. Product modifications such as syringe aliquots and irradiation. Protocol experience such as MTP and emergency release.

Protocol experience such as MTP and emergency release. Pay Range: 26.85/33.57/45.04, offers are based on exp, pay band, and internal equity. Sign on Bonus: $10,000 commitment incentive – a total of 4 payments paid every 6 months for two years. We will review MLTs but they need to have actual blood bank experience at larger facilities of 500+ beds. DC
