Join Our Dynamic Mother-Baby Nursing Team!Job Description: - Shift: Rotating – Various days of the week - Option for Nights Only - Experience: Minimum 1 year of specialty experience required - First-time travelers: Not accepted - Certifications: BLS, NRP - License: Active RN License (state or compact) - Floating: No within scope to meet facility needs - Call Required: Yes, based on unit needs - Weekend Requirement: Yes, per unit needs - Floating: Required to Antepartum trained to float to L&D with fetal monitoring experience - Ratios: Typical ratios 1:3 couplets, or up to 6 patients - Unit Size: 32 beds Charting System: - Epic Scrub Color: - Navy Blue Patient Population: - Postpartum patients who do not require ICU level of care - High-risk patient population - Antepartum patients with fetal monitoring experience - Newborn patients who do not require NICU level of care - Patients weighing 2000gm and above - Late Preterm - Substance-exposed newborns - Patients requiring phototherapy - Patients on magnesium, insulin, or heparin drips - PCA & PCEA pump management - Breastfeeding support for our postpartum patients Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
