**Join Our Transformative Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) - Mother Baby CWR!** **Job Description:** - Are you passionate about providing exceptional care to mothers and their newborns? - We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Mother Baby unit. - As an RN, you will play a vital role in evaluating patients and collaborating with physicians to deliver outstanding patient care. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of families during a crucial time. **Key Responsibilities:** - Evaluate patient needs and assist physicians with patient care to ensure optimal outcomes. - Plan, implement, and document personalized nursing care tailored to each patient. - Identify patient needs and prioritize care through comprehensive assessment and evaluation. - Develop and coordinate individualized plans of care based on initial and ongoing assessments. - Initiate assessments based on patient problems, physician diagnoses, and functional health frameworks. - Perform therapeutic nursing interventions that support patient well-being. - Manage patient care effectively and document all care in accordance with professional standards. - Advocate for evidence-based practices, fostering innovation in care delivery. - Provide patient-centric care that aligns with the professional nursing practice model. - Engage in other duties as assigned to enhance unit operations and patient experiences. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Minimum of 3+ years of Mother Baby experience is required. - Expertise in Mother Baby couplet care. **Educational Background:** - Required: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) - Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) **Certifications & Licensure:** - Required: - BLS (American Heart Association) - NRP - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license - AWHONN-Advanced Certification or C-EFM is required for all facilities **Schedule:** - 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM - 3 shifts per week - Every other weekend required - 3 out of 6 holidays required **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
