Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced RN Manager – Operating Room (OR) to provide nursing leadership and support within the perioperative environment. The ideal candidate will have strong OR leadership experience and a proven background managing operating rooms that perform Orthopedic, Robotic, and Endoscopic procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight for OR nursing and unit-based staff.
• Promote a safe, collaborative, and professional practice environment.
• Support staff development, competency, coaching, and mentoring.
• Monitor quality and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative teams.
• Support operational planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and departmental goals.
• Provide nursing care as needed.

Requirements: BSN required BLS required Minimum 3 years of perioperative experience Previous OR Nursing Leadership/Management experience Experience in ORs performing: Orthopedic procedures Robotic procedures Endoscopic procedures Strong clinical leadership, communication, and team-management skills
