Position Overview
Penn State Health is seeking an experienced Critical Care PA to provide coverage in a high-acuity Cardiac/CVICU environment. The ideal provider will have strong experience managing critically ill cardiovascular patients and advanced mechanical circulatory support.

Responsibilities
Daily rounding and management of assigned ICU patients
Patient admissions and evaluations
Order entry and ongoing treatment management
Post-operative management
Management of complex cardiac ICU patients under Intensivist guidance
Perform arterial lines, central lines, Swan-Ganz catheter procedures and IABP removal
Collaborate with intensivists and multidisciplinary critical care teams
