Care Career is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Home Health for a local contract job in Tacoma, Washington.
Preferred candidate locations include:
Tacoma
Newcastle
Seattle and South Seattle
Shoreline
Bellevue
Medina
Issaquah
Redmond
Travel Requirements
Candidates must be comfortable traveling throughout the assigned territory for in-home patient visits.
The position may also require quarterly travel for up to three days to locations approximately 200 miles away. Approved hotel accommodations and rental-car expenses may be reimbursed in accordance with company policy. The hiring team will provide additional travel details during the interview process.
Required Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted Washington Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner licenses
Current Nurse Practitioner board certification through the ANCC or AANP
Current and unrestricted DEA certificate
Minimum of two years of direct patient care experience
Ability to practice autonomously without direct supervision
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance
Ability and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
Proficiency with electronic medical records, medical equipment, information systems, and point-of-care technology
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable federal and state healthcare regulations
