Locum Urgent Care NP/PA – Lancaster, CA | Up to $110/hr | Kaiser Permanente

Compensation: Up to $110/hour (All-Inclusive)
Location: Lancaster, California
Facility: Kaiser Permanente – Lancaster Urgent Care
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment: 3 Months (Potential Extension)
⏰ Schedule: Full-Time | 4 x 10.5-hour shifts/week (12:00 PM – 10:30 PM) | Every Other Weekend | No Call

Clinical Responsibilities

• Urgent Care & Same-Day visits
• Cold & Flu treatment
• Suturing & Incision/Drainage (I&D)
• Fracture evaluation and X-ray interpretation
• Toenail removal
• Telephone and video visits (primarily face-to-face care)
• Average 3 scheduled patients per hour

Requirements

• Active California NP or PA License
• NP Furnishing License (if applicable)
• Board Certified NP/PA
• BLS & ACLS Certifications
• Minimum 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) experience in a high-acuity Urgent Care or Emergency Department
• Full-time availability required
• Credentialing: Approximately 12 weeks
