Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Overtime Rate: $80/hr (After 40)
Facility & Unit Overview
Facility Scale: ~114-bed community hospital serving as a primary medical hub for northeastern North Carolina.
Pace: Expect a steady community ER volume managing standard medical emergencies, minor traumas, and stabilization/transfer protocols for higher-acuity cases.
Standard ER Requirements & Certifications
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of recent acute care ER experience.
Licensure: Active North Carolina (NC) or multi-state Compact RN license.
Required Certifications:
AHA BLS
AHA ACLS
AHA PALS
NIHSS
TNCC (Usually strongly preferred)
