Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - ED CWR

Job Summary:
Our Emergency Department (ED) RNs must be ready to care for patients when they need us most. In addition to providing specialized and innovative services, ED RNs must be equipped to handle an array of emergency situations for patients of all ages. Emergency Department nurses are trained to manage various trauma situations requiring quick and decisive actions. Ideal candidates must be able to quickly and accurately assess incoming patients with both physical and mental health conditions and prioritize their injuries and medical needs accordingly.

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 18 months of nursing experience in an ED environment.
• ED experience within the past six months.
• Demonstrated level of performance and practice.
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
• Effective communication skills with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

Preferred Qualifications:
• ASN required; BSN preferred.

Required Certifications & Licensure:
• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
• BLS-AHA.
• ACLS.
• Telemetry.
• PALS.
• NIHSS.
• CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours.
