Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health
Pride Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health to join a leading healthcare organization in Fairview Heights, IL.
Responsibilities
•Complete OASIS assessments, follow-up visits, and comprehensive patient evaluations in the home setting.
•Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, IV therapy, and follow-up visits.
•Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
Qualifications
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Recent Home Health nursing experience required.
• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required.
• Previous experience with an LHC Group agency preferred.
Important Details
• Employment Type: 14-week contract
• Location: Fairview Heights, IL
• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Weekly Hours: 32-hour guarantee
• On-Call/Weekend Requirement: On-call rotation during weekdays and weekends
• Coverage Area: Red Bud, IL service area
• Pay Range: $53.00–$57.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, mileage is reimbursed between patient visits.
