Temp-to-Perm Opportunity | $60/hour
Are you an experienced RN with UAS-NY assessment experience looking for your next opportunity? We're partnering with a respected healthcare organization to find a Clinical Assessment Manager for a full-time, temp-to-perm assignment.

Position Details
- Pay: $60/hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Assignment: Temp-to-Perm
- Setting: Field-based (conducting in-home participant assessments)
What You'll Do
- Conduct UAS-NY assessments and reassessments
- Complete comprehensive clinical assessments
- Perform medication reviews
- Conduct post-hospital discharge evaluations
- Assist with clinical onboarding of new participants
- Ensure assessments are completed accurately and on time
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support quality patient care
Qualifications
- Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous UAS-NY assessment experience is required
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Comfortable traveling throughout the community to conduct in-home visits
- Ability to work independently while managing a daily schedule
