Job Details:

  • Schedule: 19:00 - 07:30
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks

Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in a low-risk and high-risk obstetrics unit.
  • Float to Mother Baby unit as needed, with the ability to adapt to various duties including Labor Delivery.
  • Administer IV Starts, monitor fetal heart monitors, and work within FHM protocols.
  • Utilize circulating skills in a surgical and obstetric environment; scrub skills are a plus.
  • Follow best practices in patient safety and documentation, using Cerner, Surginet, and Fetallink systems.
  • Collaborate with physicians and midwives to optimize the childbirth experience, supporting minimal intervention or managing complications as needed.
  • Maintain certifications (BLS, ACLS, NRP) and complete required documentation and fit testing procedures.
