• Education Requirements: Valid RN license in North Carolina or the state of residence
• Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS, NRP, EFM certification
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience; previous travel experience preferred
• Other Requirements: Ability to work 12-hour night shifts; willingness to float within Region 3; physical ability to assist with deliveries; excellent communication skills

• Provide high-quality Labor & Delivery nursing care to antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn patients according to hospital standards and protocols.
• Monitor fetal and maternal status utilizing fetal monitoring equipment and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe and effective patient care during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.
• Assist with cesarean sections, epidural management, and other deliveries, maintaining sterile technique and patient safety.
• Educate and support patients and their families throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery, ensuring comfort and understanding.
