  • Schedule: 07:00 - 19:30
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care, including remote monitoring and use of rapid response/code teams.
  • Manage IV insulin protocols, blood product administration, and peripheral line care.
  • Perform patient assessments, including bowel obstruction, colostomy/ileostomy management, and feeding tube care.
  • Administer oxygen, manage chest tubes, and perform tracheostomy care and isolation precautions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and care continuity.
  • Follow hospital policies and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Document patient conditions accurately and promptly in the Epic system.
