Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Occupational Health
  • Employee Health
  • Medical Review
  • Case Management
  • Utilization Review
  • Disability Management
• Experience reviewing medical records and clinical documentation.
• Knowledge of occupational health standards and Fitness-for-Duty evaluations.
• Strong clinical assessment, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
