Patient Ratios : 1:4
Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 9 nurses, 3 PCTs and HUC
Type of equipment : Alaris pumps
Documentation system: Epic
Scheduling requirements: every other weekend
Floating policy: float to Intermediate and Medsurg units
Patient Experience requirements: use AIDET, complete hourly safety rounding, and bedside shift report
Hospital Specifics-
Certifications: ACLS, BLS & NIH
Must have 1 year of recent PCU experience.
