HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a local contract nursing job in Englewood, Colorado.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit
• Discipline: RN
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, nights
• Employment Type: Local Contract

Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital PCU experience
• BLS & ACLS

Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first.

•  NIH
• Prior Meditech experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):  

• Place chest tube
• Bedside bronchitis
• Ability to manage chest tubes, trauma patients, trachs and suction

Level 1 trauma center – trauma unit with highly complex and interesting patients

Great teamwork, motivated nurses

Very supportive charge nurses

Great tech support on day shift and night shift
