Job Title : Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor)

Duration: 14 + Months Extension 

Location: Camden, ME 04843

Shift Timings : 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

 

Job Description:

  • We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (RNSUP) to oversee nursing staff and ensure quality patient care.
  • The RN Supervisor will coordinate daily nursing activities, support staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
  • Monitor and coordinate patient care activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with facility policies.
  • Assist nurses with clinical and patient-care concerns.
  • Coordinate with physicians, administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Handle staffing and shift-related issues as needed.
  • Ensure patient safety and maintain quality standards.

Requirements: • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state. • Previous nursing experience; supervisory experience preferred. • LTC (Long-Term Care) experience preferred. • PCC (PointClickCare) experience preferred. • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team. • BLS/CPR certification may be required.
