Job Summary
Plan and develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance for patient care, assess units with nurse managers, and assist with any corrective actions. Develop record-keeping systems to document medication errors and counseling.

Required Qualifications
 

• Seven (7) years of experience, including five (5) years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
• RN License.
• Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED).
• BLS certification.

Preferred Qualifications
 

• Master's degree in Nursing.
