Occupational Therapist (OT) – San Marcos Unified School District

Location: San Marcos, CA
Schedule: Full-time, 7.5 hours/day (Monday–Friday)
Pay: $45–$60/hour (based on experience)
Start Date: January 12th

RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join San Marcos Unified School District. This is a school-based position supporting students across K–8 and elementary sites. You’ll be part of a collaborative and welcoming district team dedicated to helping students reach their goals.

Position Details:

• Full-time, on-site role (no virtual)

• 7.5 hours per day, Monday–Friday

• Assignment runs through the end of the school year, with possible extension

• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families

• Phone interview required prior to offer

Requirements:

• Active California OT license or credential

• School-based experience preferred but not required

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
