Occupational Therapist (OT)

Hourly Rate: $55.00 – $65.00 per hour

Position Summary
RCM Health Care Services is hiring a part-time school-based Occupational Therapist in the Denver, Colorado area. New grad OT's are encouraged to apply, and dedicated clinical supervisors are available to provide support and mentorship throughout the school year. This role involves delivering OT evaluations, therapy services, and educational support to students in a collaborative school-based environment. 

Responsibilities

• Schedule / Shift

• Shift details: Monday–Friday following school schedule
• Hours per week: Part-time, 3 days per week (24 hours weekly)
• Contract length: August 17, 2026- June 4, 2027

• Key Duties:

• Provide occupational therapist assessments, evaluations, and therapy services to students
• Deliver in-person occupational therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and educational plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions manually or electronically
• Complete IEP documentation and end-of-year process reports as required
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams regarding student progress and therapy plans

Requirements

• Education

• Required: Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field

• Licenses & Certifications

• Required: Colorado Occupational Therapy License
• Required: Colorado Department of Education License

Skills:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills within educational environments
• Ability to provide effective in-person therapy services to students
• Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and speech evaluations
• Ability to manage caseloads and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
