Position Summary

RCM Healthcare Services is hiring school-based Occupational Therapists (OTs) for positions throughout all islands of Hawaii. This role involves providing occupational therapy evaluations, treatment services, and educational support to students in a collaborative school-based environment.

Responsibilities

Schedule / Shift

• Shift details: Monday–Friday following school schedule
• Hours per week: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Contract length: ASAP – May 27, 2027

Key Duties

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and treatment services to students
• Deliver in-person therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and educational plans
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, coordination, and daily living skills
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
• Complete IEP documentation and required progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams regarding student needs and progress.

Requirements

Education

Required: Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field from an accredited program

Licenses & Certifications

Preferred: Active Occupational Therapist license and registration in the state of Hawaii

Skills

• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy assessment and treatment practices
• Experience with fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and functional skills
• Knowledge of school-based OT services and IEP processes
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage caseloads and maintain accurate documentation
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
