Job Summary: The Occupational Therapist ClinSpec is responsible for planning, evaluating, organizing, and implementing Occupational Therapy (OT) treatment programs in a developmentally and age-appropriate manner for patients ranging from neonates to adulthood. This role involves completing patient evaluations, developing individualized care plans, setting measurable goals in collaboration with patients and families, and performing patient care activities within the scope of training and responsibilities. The therapist will demonstrate advanced clinical competencies in specialty areas, manage schedules effectively, and participate in interdisciplinary communication to ensure quality patient care.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in pediatrics, women's health, orthopedics, or sports medicine
• Alternatively, 1 year of residency in pediatrics, women's health, orthopedics, or sports medicine

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with children aged birth to 21 with neuromotor diagnoses such as Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Brachial Plexus, Down Syndrome, genetic diagnoses, and developmental delays
• Feeding and infant care experience (desired but not required)

• Shift options: Monday-Thursday, 10-hour days (7:30 AM - 6:00 PM) or 5-8 hour shifts (9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Friday)
