**Exciting Opportunity for Acute Travel RN: OR (Rotating 2x12's 2x8's)** Join a dedicated team at a leading community hospital providing exceptional surgical services and advancing healthcare in a vibrant community. **Position Overview:** - Role: Acute Travel RN - OR - Shift: Rotating (Two 12-hour shifts and Two 8-hour shifts) - Location: Danville, VA - Openings: 1 - Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40 - Weekend Hours: Every other weekend / as needed - Call Requirements: Call rotations primarily involve weekends; overnight call during the week is unlikely. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver top-notch patient care in the OR environment. - Collaborate with a skilled multidisciplinary team. - Ensure patient safety and comfort pre, intra, and post-surgery. - Participate in continuing education and pursue professional development opportunities. **Qualifications:** - Required Certifications: - ACLS - BLS - HWC - NIH - Experience: - 1-2 years in a similar role. - Must have orthopedic experience. - Education: Current certification / license in Virginia. - Personality Fit: - Motivated and proactive. - Easygoing and professional. **Unit Information:** - Patient Population: All ages - Patient Ratios: 1:1 - EHR: Meditech - Supervisor: Scott Collie **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
