Job Summary:
As an integral part of the clinical care team, the Patient Care Associate is responsible for patient care and support activities promoting patient-focused care within the Specialty Service. The role involves assisting patients with activities of daily living, collecting specimens, performing procedures, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and supporting registered nurses in various patient care activities.

Required Qualifications:
• Successful completion of the Patient Care Associate Orientation Program.
• AHA HeartSaver or BLS certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform assigned tasks.
• Sufficient oral and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Three to nine months of healthcare experience.
