CONTRACT - PHARMACIST  - 13 WEEKS - 9:00P-7:00A

no call required, 13 weeks, night shift , 7 on/off 

Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

·         Hospital pharmacy experience

·          

Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first.

·          Sterile compounding certification

  Scrub Color -  Pharmacist – sage green top, black pants; technicians – khaki top, black pants

        Number of Beds - 450

·         Number of Staff – approx. 60

·         Type of staff:

o    Day Shift – 10 pharmacists, 8-9 technicians

o    Evening Shift – 3 pharmacists, 4 technicians

o    Night Shift – 1 pharmacist, 2 techs

·         Patient Ratios – varies depending on shift

·         Type of equipment -

·         EMR – Meditech

·         Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable? (Y/N) – Y
