Position Snapshot

- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care
- Manage chronic and complex conditions
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to underserved populations
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
What You Bring
- Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active DEA license
- BLS & ACLS certifications
- Any active U.S. state license accepted
