**Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurse (RN) - Radiology!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team at Hackensack Meridian Health, where you will deliver exceptional nursing care based on the latest evidence-based research and standards. - Experience a rewarding role as a Registered Nurse responsible for: - Evaluating patients and assisting physicians with care. - Planning, implementing, and documenting individualized nursing care according to patient needs. - Identifying patient needs and prioritizing care through comprehensive assessments. - Developing, implementing, and coordinating tailored plans of care through ongoing assessments. - Performing therapeutic nursing interventions and managing patient care effectively. - Documenting care in accordance with standards, patient acuity, and clinical priorities. - Advocating for evidence-based practices and promoting innovations in care delivery. - Providing patient-centric care aligned with a professional nursing practice model. - Collecting comprehensive data relevant to the patient’s health and situation. - Conducting age and disease-specific assessments independently, focusing on physiological, psychological, and cognitive status. - Recognizing clinical and diagnostic status changes promptly. - Identifying education needs of patients and families based on age, disease, and cultural differences. - Embrace other duties and responsibilities as assigned, contributing to a vibrant healthcare environment. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience in an acute care facility. - Preferred radiology experience is a plus! **Required Hard Skills:** - IV insertion, port access, and managing allergy reactions. **Education Requirements:** - Required: ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing). - Preferred: BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing). **Certifications & Licensure:** - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License. - BLS (Basic Life Support). - ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support). - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support). **Schedule Notes:** - Shift: Evenings from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. - Weekend Requirement: Every 5th weekend required. - No on-call or float requirements. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
